Refund & Return/Exchange Policy:

At FABMYNTRA.COM, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we strive to provide the best products and services. To guarantee the accuracy and quality of our products, our team conducts rigorous checks on fabric quality, color, and quantity before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied, we have a comprehensive Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy outlined below:

  1. Order Changes/Cancellation:
    • Orders can be changed or canceled if not yet processed. Contact us at fabmyntra@gmail.com with your order number and request.
  2. International Orders:
    • International orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to custom duty norms and policies.
  3. Damaged Products:
    • If a product is damaged, email us pictures and an unboxing video within 48 hours of order receipt. For international orders, no return is necessary; for domestic orders, we'll arrange a pickup.
  4. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Fabric book, test fabric, upload your design, template, sale goods, and fabric orders measuring 2.5 meters or below are not eligible for return.
  5. Quantity Limitations:
    • Orders above 15 meters of a single design are not eligible for return unless damaged.
  6. Return Window:
    • Products may be returned within 3 days of receipt for quantity discrepancies, major defects, or if the product is different from the order.
  7. Defective/Wrong Products:
    • Contact us within 48 hours with pictures if you receive a damaged, defective, wrong product, or an incomplete order.
  8. Sale Items:
    • No returns/exchanges for products sold in offers or sales, unless defective/damaged or not as ordered.
  9. Return Conditions:
    • The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and undamaged. Do not cut the fabric.
  10. Reverse Pickup:
  • Free reverse pickup service for domestic orders. If the pin code is not serviceable, return at your own cost.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Refund for canceled orders within 10-15 working days. Shipping charges deducted for returns. Discount deducted for coupon code use.
  1. Custom Printed Fabrics:
  • Customer's choice of custom printed fabrics cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  1. Refund Timeframe:
  • Replacement/refund within 15-25 working days after receiving the returned product.
  1. Gift Vouchers:
  • Gift vouchers and offers may be provided instead of a refund, subject to Fabmyntra management decisions.
