Plain Georgette
Entitled after Madame Georgette de la Plante, a celebrated Parisian fashion outfitter who lived at the beginning of the 20th century; Georgette fabric is an airy, breathable and semi-transparent cloth with grainy and a slightly rough feel. Robust and tear-resistant, it can be easily dyed in a variety of colors which makes it the most favoured and admired fabrics for printing.
